I purchased a tool from MetaLink Applications on October 17, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Christopher P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I want to acknowledge that MetaLink Applications has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $274.47 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $274.47 for a meal kit that never worked properly.
