I am writing regarding order #ORD-9754-WJN-7914 placed with Outlet & Inc on May 1, 2019. I paid $640.30 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Katelynn A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 07, 2025 05:44I've received an email from Avery Clark at Outlet & Inc offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The handbag was clearly defective from the start.
