I am writing regarding order #ORD-9754-WJN-7914 placed with Outlet & Inc on May 1, 2019. I paid $640.30 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Katelynn A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Avery Clark at Outlet & Inc offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The handbag was clearly defective from the start.
