On January 21, 2006, I signed up for Outlet & Inc's consultation at their Gladyston, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $957.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shyanne D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, Outlet & Inc contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
