LabRobo tech support failed to resolve issue

I purchased a system from LabRobo on December 6, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Delfina Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
