On April 5, 1978, I signed up for Learning Academy's installation service at their West Jeremyport, Maine location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $708.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Juwan Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
