I purchased a item from Innovative-Design on July 14, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ella Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
