I want to report a serious concern with Innovative-Design's item that I purchased on June 1, 1975 from your Port Oda, Rhode Island store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hipolito M., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Quinn Moore at Innovative-Design offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The restaurant order was clearly defective from the start.
