I'm writing to complain about the support package I received from Estates & Advisors Inc.. After paying $859.41 for service, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Judy V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Estates & Advisors Inc. reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement coffee maker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
