I purchased a equipment from Estates & Advisors Inc. on July 5, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lois H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
