I want to report a serious concern with SecurePulse's package that I purchased on April 15, 1998 from your Lake Theronmouth, Arkansas store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dena S., but my issue remains unresolved.
