On August 16, 2012, I signed up for Land & Management's consultation at their Mustafafurt, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $683.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Otilia Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
