Land & Management refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4316-EIU-6710 placed with Land & Management on January 25, 1985. I paid $169.25 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carmel A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
