I have been a loyal customer of Properties Advisors Yishun for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7361-IBN-4139) on February 11, 1995, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
