On October 23, 1993, I signed up for Hearty Bites Novosibirsk's exchange program at their West Elysemouth, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $54.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margarette B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 22, 2025 05:59I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from Hearty Bites Novosibirsk not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
