I am writing regarding order #ORD-9343-PIK-2173 placed with Space & Partners Zaragoza on March 24, 1999. I paid $267.89 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Colt S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 02, 2025 05:55After my initial complaint, Space & Partners Zaragoza contacted me to troubleshoot the smart thermostat. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
