I have been a loyal customer of Space & Partners Zaragoza for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-3303-BTU-2199) on November 18, 1994, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Space & Partners Zaragoza finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the cookware set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
