I purchased a subscription from Space & Partners Zaragoza on December 26, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kaleigh M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Robert Smith from the Customer Service at Space & Partners Zaragoza, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
