I am writing regarding order #ORD-8422-KKP-9252 placed with NetDev Solutions on January 25, 1981. I paid $459.4 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tyrique K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
