Frustrated with NetDev Solutions's lack of response

On July 21, 2020, I signed up for NetDev Solutions's maintenance program at their Port Ashley, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $910.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chris S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
