Poor customer service experience with NetDev Solutions

I have been a loyal customer of NetDev Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-8405-INE-8852) on June 30, 1987, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 17, 2025 05:34I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal kit from NetDev Solutions not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
