On August 27, 1970, I signed up for Care Practice Ltd.'s support package at their Justicemouth, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $683.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Horace R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
