Frustrated with Haus Exchange Marseille's lack of response

On December 30, 1985, I signed up for Haus Exchange Marseille's delivery service at their Lake Murphy, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $859.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rodger X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 04, 2025 05:41Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $188.13 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
