I am writing regarding order #ORD-7149-JXA-7369 placed with Innovative-Projects Holdings on July 16, 1997. I paid $779.84 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Myles M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Sarah Davis from the Client Relations at Innovative-Projects Holdings, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
