On October 23, 1994, I signed up for Innovative-Projects Holdings's exchange program at their Port Traceyside, Maine location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $401.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kendra P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
