I have been a loyal customer of The Direct Emporium Chiang Mai Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-1826-ZKS-7996) on November 4, 1988, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and The Direct Emporium Chiang Mai Ltd. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their extended warranty.
