I am writing regarding order #ORD-7586-GDF-9747 placed with Tech-Ware on April 19, 1983. I paid $164.96 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Grayce L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Tech-Ware. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the prepared meal I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
