I want to report a serious concern with Tech-Ware's unit that I purchased on July 20, 1986 from your Willmsberg, Washington store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Camden Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
