I have been a loyal customer of UltraLink for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-1279-JRX-6035) on October 13, 2004, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
