I want to report a serious concern with UltraLink's system that I purchased on May 25, 2025 from your Port Jodyfort, Vermont store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Giles N., but my issue remains unresolved.

After my initial complaint, UltraLink contacted me to troubleshoot the meal delivery. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
