I have been a loyal customer of Golden Investments for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-8594-BSW-1200) on July 4, 1997, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 21, 2025 05:50I've received an email from Richard Thomas at Golden Investments offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
