I have been a loyal customer of Golden Investments for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-8594-BSW-1200) on July 4, 1997, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Richard Thomas at Golden Investments offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
