I am writing regarding order #ORD-4313-RQO-1880 placed with Modern-Structures on June 25, 2013. I paid $867.91 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eugene V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
