I want to report a serious concern with Attorney Consultants of Precise's unit that I purchased on November 11, 2023 from your Port Crawford, Utah store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marquise T., but my issue remains unresolved.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Attorney Consultants of Precise, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my organic produce box. This is extremely frustrating.
