Unsatisfactory resolution from Attorney Consultants of Precise

I have been a loyal customer of Attorney Consultants of Precise for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-6523-TXB-2307) on June 4, 2004, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
