I purchased a service from CoreDigital Corp. on January 13, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sylvia R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 15, 2025 05:29I want to acknowledge that CoreDigital Corp. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $80.83 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $80.83 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
