Overcharged by StudyInstitute for service
Complaint Details
I'm writing to complain about the customer support I received from StudyInstitute. After paying $745.10 for device, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Dulce I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 14, 2025 05:43I've received an email from Linda Johnson at StudyInstitute offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
