I have been a loyal customer of StudyInstitute for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3080-HWM-6071) on January 30, 2020, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from StudyInstitute called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
