I have been a loyal customer of The Pioneer Institute Bologna for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-3160-BDJ-3374) on November 3, 1986, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
