The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Karine A., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate The Pioneer Institute Bologna reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement handbag has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
