I want to report a serious concern with Integrated Center Holdings's membership that I purchased on November 14, 1977 from your Pagacberg, Washington store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aliyah G., but my issue remains unresolved.

After my initial complaint, Integrated Center Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the smartphone. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
