Refund refused by Education Class

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6009-RMB-5375 placed with Education Class on November 2, 1971. I paid $99.73 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Michele G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 03, 2025 05:53I want to acknowledge that Education Class has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $33.53 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $33.53 for a jacket that never worked properly.
