I purchased a tool from Web Ware on February 17, 1973. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Domingo M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 27, 2025 05:22I appreciate Web Ware reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement meal delivery has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
