Misleading advertising by Web Ware

I want to report a serious concern with Web Ware's appliance that I purchased on March 18, 2005 from your West Leolatown, Wyoming store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adelia R., but my issue remains unresolved.
