The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gregory U., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Study Tutoring of Excellence Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
