I have been a loyal customer of The Modern Outlet for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-7079-MIX-9625) on October 18, 2004, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that The Modern Outlet has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $238.93 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $238.93 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
