On August 6, 2020, I signed up for Nano-App Moscow's support package at their Hirammouth, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $521.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Francesca A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
