I want to report a serious concern with Nano-App Moscow's software that I purchased on September 7, 1981 from your Port Brigitte, Maine store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arno H., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $71.67 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
