I am writing regarding order #ORD-6395-SQZ-7034 placed with Savory & Gastro on April 6, 1988. I paid $505.26 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cielo J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Savory & Gastro has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $64.38 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $64.38 for a dress shirt that never worked properly.
