I am writing regarding order #ORD-2696-XLI-5346 placed with Savory & Gastro on December 26, 2006. I paid $414.78 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ryley F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
