On January 18, 1987, I signed up for Luxury International International's warranty service at their Fredaville, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $623.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sydni B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Luxury International International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium membership.
