I purchased a accessory from Luxury International International on January 2, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mariam B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
